Terms of Service

The service

TrendSwap lets you use one portrait to create a video inspired by the Burning Bridges dinner scene. Video packs are one-time purchases starting at $9.90 (50 credits for one 18-second 720p video with scene audio). They are not subscriptions. Creation may take several minutes and queue times vary. Results can differ from the preview and community examples.

Your photos and permission

Use your own photo or an adult’s photo with their permission. Do not upload a photo you are not entitled to use, impersonate someone, mislead viewers, or use the service for harassment or unlawful content. Review the finished video before sharing it.

Accounts

Sign in before checkout so purchases, videos, and any returned video credits are attached to your account. Keep your sign-in method secure. Contact support if you notice an unauthorized purchase or account access.

Purchases and failed jobs

One Standard video uses one video credit. A failed generation job returns its video credit to your TrendSwap account for another attempt. This is a credit return, not an instant card refund. See the refund policy for billing support.

Music and original content

A purchase pays for video creation. It does not grant commercial rights to the original music, video scene, artist likeness, or other third-party content. Follow applicable platform rules when posting your result. TrendSwap is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Drake, OVO Sound, or Universal Music Group.

Availability and support

We may temporarily pause creation when the service cannot safely accept a new job. Existing video progress and downloads remain in My videos while available. Contact support@trendswap.app with your video reference or order details for help.
